An exploration of the self as an evolving archive - what we carry, borrow, and invent, emerging from the labyrinth of known and unknown

THE RELIC is a runway performance designed by Isobel McCauley, contemplating identity as an evolving archive that is both discovered and constructed. To what extent can we truly know the self, without knowing what came before it?  This artistic collaboration draws from collective and personal histories eroded by time - exploring how we carry, borrow, and reinterpret traces of our fragmented pasts, becoming living records of both inherited and imagined histories.
