Cherishingly emotional, wacky and goofy, BFA Dance - A Mockumentary (title tbc) is an exploration of the fine line between vulnerability and hilarity. Combining eccentric elements of clowning and physical theatre with the discipline and strength of contemporary dance, this work is a playful staging of what happens inside the VCA dance building. Absurd characters dissolve into a contemporary dance soup which will leave you with more questions than answers. Inappropriate giggles, obnoxious aww’s and huh?’s, sobbing, and let’s get weird energy is strongly encouraged, in fact, it’s guaranteed.
