MOTIONS

Keep the spark burning- through the struggle, through the doubt, through the motions

Dance + Physical Theatre

“Motions” explores the evolving journey of being both an artist and a human. It reflects on how a passion, once a joyful escape, can lose its spark when it turns into a profession. But even in the struggle, we remind ourselves how lucky we are to chase what sets our souls on fire.

We confront the fears that come with pouring your heart into something so deeply—fear of failure, of falling behind, of the unknown. It’s about embracing the raw truth of who we are—and finding quiet joy in watching that same spark light up in someone else. Above all, “Motions” reminds us, don’t let the grind steal your joy. Keep your passion wild, messy, and full of life.
